Exchange terms and conditions

According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection,” underwear belongs to the category of goods that cannot be returned or exchanged if they do not have manufacturing defects. However, we are willing to accommodate you if your case meets the following conditions:

• The product has not been used — it is preserved in its original form, without signs of wear, stains, odors, and with all labels intact.
• Preservation of packaging — the packaging of the goods must be preserved in proper condition.
• Detected manufacturing defect — if the goods have manufacturing defects that impair their functionality or appearance.

If necessary, the goods can be sent for exchange using the “easy return” service.

Please note: if the parcel has been picked up from the post office, exchange is not possible.

Exchange procedure

1. Contact our manager: to exchange an item, please contact us — our contact details are listed on the website.
2. Sending the item: after agreeing on the details, send the item using the “easy return” service.

Processing and refund time

• Processing of the request for an exchange is carried out within 1-2 business days after receiving the goods.

Important

• We do not cover the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
