The product has not been used — it is preserved in its original form, without signs of wear, stains, odors, and with all labels intact.
Preservation of packaging — the packaging of the goods must be preserved in proper condition.
Detected manufacturing defect — if the goods have manufacturing defects that impair their functionality or appearance.

If necessary, the goods can be sent for exchange using the “easy return” service.

Please note: if the parcel has been picked up from the post office, exchange is not possible.
